Anne Barry, President of United States of America Rugby Football Union (USARFU), Tristan Lewis, Midwest Administrator and Tom Barr will all be in attendance to answer all your questions that you have regarding the National Status of the game, the Midwest Status and the current referees situation. This is your chance to ask the people that are in charge the questions about and the future of the game. We are hoping and excepting your support in attending this meeting

Directions: Take I490 east to Bushnell's Basin exit. Take a left at the light and travel about 1/4 mile to Fisher Road. Go about 1/2 mile on Fisher Road to Woolston Road and go Right. Look for a wooden sign on the right and turn rt. into Powder Mills Park. Follow the road down into the park and take the next left. Go up the hill and the pavilion is on the righ.t We're at south pavilion, which is attached to the north pavilion, there should be signs with the Colonials logo.

We will discuss the changes USA Rugby will be adopting over the next few years. This change DIRECTLY AFFECTS our club now. We will present you with the information pertaining to the league changes, options available, and how it affects the club. <

From the WEST (Buffalo Area)
Take 33 east into Batavia. Stay on 33 east until you see a pizza hut. Vine street will be on your left(at the light). School will be on Vine street -approx. 1.0 down the road. Take 2nd parking lot and practice area will be next to baseball diamond.

Take 90 east (thruway) until you get to Batavia exit. Take a left once you get off the thruway and proceed toward downtown Batavia. Turn left onto 33 east. Stay on 33 east until you see a pizza hut. From the East (Rochester Area)
Take 490 west till you reach the Batavia exit(33West). Take 33 west (right turn off exit) into Batavia. Stay on 33 west until you see a pizza hut. Vine street will be on your right (at the light). • Acquisition of Aardvark t-shirts and pullovers
• Acquisition and disposition of lawn mowing implements I started looking into this, but personal and professional responsibilities are consuming all of my time.
• Renting field space to Henrietta Youth Lacrosse League Rich Allen's brother-in-law would like to use Aardvark Park for practice for the Henrietta youth lacrosse league on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights and for games on Saturday mornings form April to September. Rich says they checked out the area and have offered money and field maintenance in exchange. Obviously, there will be scheduling conflicts to work out and there will be an issue with the fields being under water in the spring. Also, they would have to remove any lines they put down. Rich said that Saturday games end by Noon and that they would want to sell concessions since that is how the league supports themselves. I think we should give this proposal serious consideration as it would provide the Aardvarks with beneficial public exposure and interest.
